Reset your smartphone
A reset of your BlackBerry smartphone will completely shut down and restart the smartphone. It is a useful first step when
troubleshooting issues with your BlackBerry smartphone.
Remove and reinsert the battery.
Note: Resetting your BlackBerry smartphone does not delete any settings or data.
